“Come here plenty over the one on Main Street. Every time the food is cooked to order perfectly the service always amazing. These people here are hard workers. I know it’s in an uppity area, and most of these negative reviews are over trivial things, but I can always expect a good burger from here.“

“If you've never tried a Freddy's burger before then you have no idea what your missing. My wife said the patty melt is the best she has ever had. As for myself someone who has been to many burger establishments in many different states I believe these burgers are the best. In my opinion the onion rings are the best also. My wife said that the onion rings are like lays potato chips that they say you can't eat just one. Well she said you can't eat just one or 2 or 3 well truthfully it'll take a whole large order to get enough.You have gotta go and check them out.The manager is so nice and polite and so was the entire crew.The restaurant was very clean inside and out.Thank you Freddy's for such a great experience.The Ennis restaurant is where we go.We drive 18 miles just to eat here and it's very well worth it.“

“I've driven by this place for nearly 3 yrs. and finally decided to take my grandson. It was our first time, and it was great. Homemade Root beer was fantastic, the burger my grandson order was just like they used to make them. I ordered the corn dog pretty good. The place was clean the music was great, the gentleman behind the counter was respectful, clean shaved, neatly dressed. The line of friendly people never stopped. “I was prepared to write an awesome review about RG's. So first, the service was perfect! Our waiter, unfortunately I don't remember his name, was very helpful & informative.My husband and I ordered chili cheese tots as an appetizer. Those were delicious and nice to share.I was disappointed that they didn't have diet coke..?! Only Coke Zero. Not the same. Diet Coke fans will understand. The sweet tea was decent, if it would've been cold.The onion rings are PERFECT! So good, I could've eaten just that!My husband got the Spicy Fried Pickles. I didn't care for them, but he enjoyed them.With all those sides, we saved our burgers to take home.My biggest complaint is that when we got home to eat our burgers, they were dry. I specifically asked about condiments, we both ordered our burgers with mayo. So, I had to add it myself. Also ordered onions and tomato that were not on my burger.All in all, it was good. I appreciate good service! I don't think the the waiter was the problem, maybe the kitchen. The food was good, just not how I ordered it.“

“We ate here on a Saturday around noon after flying in to DFW. It is located in a sprawling area of strip malls off an expressway. They have shared parking out front, but connect to multiple other lots, so parking should not be a problem. When you arrive, you queue up at the counter to order from the large wall-mounted menu board. They had a decent variety of burgers and salads. They had other sandwiches as well. I got the 'west coast' burger, which I enjoyed. Their fries were good too. My wife enjoyed her salad. This seemed to be a popular place as there was a steady stream of customers while we were eating. If you want a burger a notch or two above fast food, this is a good choice.“

“This first time dining in at the Coppell Deli & Grill. Restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. I ordered a catfish dinner with fries, it was cooked perfectly. The fish batter on the fish was light and crispy. The tater tots were so so good!! We always ordered Fried Chicken dinner and the chicken was crispy and juicy and that gravy was delicious. The bacon cheeseburger was also cooked beautifully. As someone only passing through Coppell, TX this is a definite must try. They weren't busy (later lunch) service was quick and the food was good. Best part was when I showed my daughter the 5 barrels of different flavor complimentary pickle slices. Everything on the menu is exploding with flavor. This place has ruined me for all other BBQ, they can’t compete with this place until they put their heart and soul into their cooking like the good people at Brisket Burger do. “Nikki was the bartender tonight; NCAA mens basketball finals. Busy. I sat at one of the few available seats at the bar. She made eye contact and made a hand gesture to acknowledge me. That's all I need to let me know that I'm going to get service. Nikki answered my questions about the menu without looking around; her focus was on me for 2 minutes. Perfect. I ate dinner and engaged with strangers on both sides. Shots were bought. A good time was had. I will return, and i hope future experiences are up to the one I just had. However over the last 6 months since my wife and I decided to give it one more chance the inside has been much cleaner, the staff have been on point and the kitchen has been putting out much better food. I recommend the boneless wings—they are more like chunks of breast meat (the biggest "wings" I've seen). The fried cheese bites were good, and the fries had just the right amount of salt. I generally go thru the drive thru (yes, oddly enough, there is a drive thru).The food is amazing. Burgers are as good as 5 guys but for way less money. If you go thru the drive thru, be prepared to wait. Just like any fast casual or full restaurant, they don't make the food till you order it, so the line moves slow. I still prefer this for to go orders so I am not pressured to tip.“

Orange juice I was told is freshly squeezed but tasted like your regular bottled juice. Allergies were bad though so maybe It was me. “It was really good beware the adobo grilled octopus is extremely spicy but fajitas are great especially the chicken ones atmosphere is pretty cool I don't think anyone in there spoke English however the menu is entirely in English but our server didn't speak a lick of English not a problem just kind of Beware when you go in there you can obviously point to the menu and they're obviously used to people not speaking Spanish but thoroughly enjoyed my time it was a nice open feel and a very calm nice atmosphere“

“Came through the drive thru between 2:30-3p. This isn't my first time coming. I ordered the $5 Duo: 2 honey mustard chicken wraps and I added onion rings (fried crispy). My onion rings were fresh & cooked perfectly. I'm sure if the wraps are supposed to be hot or cold, but if the chicken was freshly cooked that would have elevated it. I was still satisfied with the service and the food.“
