“PROs: Friendly staff, they opened the door and welcomed us in. Quickly seated with no wait time. Jadyn, waitress, friendly and attentive to us. Breakfast was served very quick, less than 7 mins from ordering time. Small but quaint establishment.CONs: Limited parking.Despite it being Sunday, they were open, no fancy flair just good home-like cooked breakfast and good people.“
“Updated Review:I had complained about the crepes being too crispy the last time I visited and was certain I wouldn't be back to this location again. The owner responded to my complaint promptly and was able to honor a remake so that my experience at this place doesn't have to come to an end.. I really do love the crepes from here, I always stop by when I am at the food court. Between the amazing customer service and the prior experiences that I have had at this location has been nothing but great, I will be returning! Also love that is a family owned and operated business! Keep up the great work!“
“Froths is the best coffee shop in denton for students, Mark and Caleb are amazing and are always there to say hello! My favorite things are their mimosas, their energy drinks, and their burritos. Its an amazing place to sit down and do homework or spill tea with “
“- Nestled in Denton square, Two Gentlemen of Verona offers a charming blend of desserts, coffee, and tea. The location is a great and easy to find.- With a very cozy atmosphere, it's the perfect spot to indulge in artisanal sweets and specialty desserts.- Their gelato and truffles are visually appealing and bursting with flavor, while their coffee and tea selection caters to every taste.- A delightful treat in Denton, Two Gentlemen of Verona is a must-visit destination for studying or meeting with a few of friends. Michael helped us with our tea and I could tell Michael works very hard and offers good customer service to everyone who comes in.“
“I had a delightful time visiting this tea room! First off, the hostess treated us to a delightful tea tasting with absolutely delicious blends that complimented our meal well. Speaking of the meal, I can't recommend it enough! The quiche was light and airy, and wonderfully fluffy! I also got an in the garden salad, which went well with the rest of the meal. And goodness, I got a peanut butter icebox pie for dessert and it was amazing! It was the perfect blend of cool and creamy, I'd buy a whole pie if I could! And the cinnamon loaf is equally delicious, soft and warm, but not cloying sweet like some cinnamon desserts can get. It was absolutely wonderful, and if I'm in the area again I'd love to pay a visit! (By the way, I did get vegetarian options while I was here, there was no trouble at all to order).“
“Excellent service. Excellent food. Pancakes were served nice and hot and perfectly cooked. Hot syrup too. The Mediterranean omelette was cooked to perfection. Nice side of fresh fruit. The Starwood eggs benedict were perfect. ( I asked for the hollandaise on the side). Several side dish options. I chose hash browns and cooked crispy, as requested. The coffee was hot and full- bodied. Lots of options on the menu, including gluten free. Belgian waffles. Biscuits. Eggs. Oatmeal. Highly recommend.“
“This place is easily the best bang for your buck pizza in Coppell. Its savory goodness and wonderful service is why I love it so much. They play calm jazz over the restaurant to give you a more soothing experience and help you feel the Italian vibe even more.“
“We are in town for the Eclipse and found this cozy place with high ratings. We were not disappointed. Plenty of tables inside and outside for the Sunday morning crowd, but I can just imagine it can easily get packed. The food was delicious. I had the French toast meal. It was cooked perfectly. My husband chose a build-your-own burrito and loved it. He throughly enjoyed his vanilla cappuccino, and a good size too. The atmosphere and decor reminds us of quaint cafes in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA. The prices do not, very reasonable. Mike does all the cooking. Wife Valerie was doing the waiting and clearing, handling it all like a pro. There were several regulars as Valerie seemed to know many customers. We will for sure come back next time we are in town. We may visit again before we leave if time allows.Parking: Lots of spots in the lot that serves several businesses.“
“Starwood Cafe has a really good breakfast. They have variety of breakfast options but their All American breakfast is my favorite and you can even get a small stack of pancakes on the side with it instead of toast. It was crowded on a Saturday morning as you would expect but we got seats right away and the service was still good even though they were busy.“
“It’s a cool idea. A bit commercialized for me. If you’re a tourist this is the spot for you ! If you’re more of a coffee quiet connoisseur might not be the spot for you. Lots of traffic and coffee is alright. Tasted a bit off for my taste. Cinnamon roll tasted microwaved. This place just wasn’t for me and you’d know Alex the macchiato guys taste by now.“
“Highly recommend independent coffee stand Cary's Coffee at the Music City mall. This gem of a independent business utilizes, a high-performance espresso machine enhanced with top notch beans to brew all kinds of excellent , as a three decade, long, aficionado, Espresso , I have tried scores of cups of espresso at some of the top espresso cafés in USA and Europe. Sadly many of these cafés actually end up serving very bitter espresso, amazingly Cary's is able to brew espresso and serve it in legit. ceramic espresso, cups. The espresso itself radiates a perfect Crema and has the smoothest taste of the many Espresso's. I have tried over the three decades. One can get Espresso, latte, cappuccino, and macchiato options, Cary's offers an usually diverse, extensive, and hard to find tea options. Look at the photos to see all the coffee flavor and tea options available. On top of this Cary's, makes variations of potato soup, other soups and breakfast food options. This highly imaginative, incredibly diverse and reasonably priced independent business deserves huge amounts of support and patronizing by those of us Lewisville Reeves make an effort to at least visit and patronize this business..“
“I was there during Columbus Day and they were closing early, so I transitioned to the outdoor seating. It was hot (90 degrees) and sunny and was there a couple hours. I think the owner or manager came to the store to drop some things off, saw me sitting in the outdoor seating alone working on my laptop and just as he was about to close up and leave, he kindly offers me a cold bottle water! I was in town for business and not sure if this was just southern hospitality, but it’s nice to see such kindness. If I am back in town I will definitely come back to the place! Great service!“
“Main Street Cafe serves delicious food, atmosphere, prices, and service! We enjoyed breakfast of Chicken and Waffles and Mike's Special. Everything was wnderful...generous portions and perfectly seasoned! We will be back! I want another breakfast, but gotta try the lunches!?“
“Cozy little place where you can grab a nice hot cup while you enjoy yourself! I got the Strawberry Ice Dragon (I think that's what it's called) and I loved it! Whether you like Coffee, Tea, both, or neither (like me) you can find something here that'll make you smile!“
“This place is a great spot! I love this place bc they're always so nice, customer service friendly & serve good & fresh dishes. My wife had vegetarian omelet & I had the bacon & eggs breakfast combo. Coffee is fresh & staff are always happy! Great experience every time we come in! Thank You“
“We frequent this place often. There are many good breakfast / lunch places in this area and this is my favorite (which says a lot). Food is always great and service is always prompt and polite. The owners are always there and it shows. They truly care about the whole experience.“
“I have come here multiple times just to be sure the food is actually good or was I just hungry!!?? The food is just down right good. I have had breakfast and lunch, each time I come the food is better. Service is top notch, the ladies here are sweet and also gives suggestions on good menu items.Thank y’all for serving me. I will be back“
“The French onion soup was very good, the chicken salad and caprese sandwiches a little bland. Love the make your own mimosa table, Great Concept! The brightest spot as we watched the servers go about their duties was Nick. He was not scheduled to be our server, but I am glad he was. He shines!“
“Parks is a cool facility a bit touristy but a fun place to hang out. There's big windows everywhere so you can be nosy and look at all that's going on like the processing of the coffee and the coffee education classes. It's way to busy to get work done here it's best to just hang out and catch up with friends or something. I enjoyed my drink and the lady at the counter was super nice.“
“Great service each time. Friendly, helping staff. I really enjoy the Mediterranean Chicken entree. Have tried the queso appetizer which tastes decent but not authentic Mexican. The Nashville hot chkn sandwich was really good the first time but the 2nd time it was not as spicy. The chicken Lettuce wrap looks beautiful so maybe try that one day. GREAT wine selection! The FreakShow is delicious. They have apple juice, Mexican coke bottles, etc. The desserts are wonderful. Delicious tuxedo cake! Omg and the garlic bread that comes with the pasta dishes is the best thing ever!Plenty of seating options.“
“I always make a point to stop by Zion food court whenever I'm in Dallas bc they have good quality foods. This dessert place is so cute and has such tasty desserts. The bingsoo's are all so good, I always get the hoteokk and a white grape ade!“
“Love this place! They have great options and everything I've had has been very good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the noise level in the restaurant is very loud. They could use some acoustic dampening tools to help with issue. Service is quick and pleasant.“
“Loved everything about my experience here. Atmosphere was nice, food was delicious, waitress (and the rest of the staff) was very attentive and personable. I had the lunch special and got a huge and delicious meal for 10.99! Amazing price for a filling and great meal. Will definitely be back to try more off the menu!“
“These donuts are addicting! My favorite are the kolaches, breakfast tacos, blueberry donut, and apple fritter. I love that there's a variety of donut holes: glaze, chocolate sprinkles, and strawberry glaze. The donuts are just so soft and moist! Absolutely the best!“
“Honestly I went here very hesitant since I am a Coffee guy and the name said Tea Latte bar ! But I was pleasantly surprised at the great tasting coffee offered there. The Latte was just perfect with the extra shot! And they have the option of Oat milk and honey !! Can't beat that. Now it has become a regular spot when Im that side of town.“
“I have a monthly coffee subscription and my order this month was lost to another state (courtesy of the post office), but Nathan was so kind to send me a fresh batch of coffee PLUS an extra bag....none of which I asked. So kind, excellent service and quality coffee all the time!! Thank you!!“
“Still my favorite place to get green Thai tea! Otherwise, their strawberry hibiscus is also good. Prices are ok, though they have gone up just like every place. Service is friendly enough. Give them a try, I prefer them over most of the other bubble tea places.“
“Building is 1904 build, it does not make the food in house due to age of building, they staff and atmosphere was great. The food was good too, considering it was pre-made, I’m guessing off site somewhere and probably early in the morning before opening the restaurant.“
“Always a great place to come for brunch on the weekends. It’s always busy and your party must all be present to be sat. We normally sit at the bar. The specialty coffees are so good! I always get the lavender honey latte and it is just the perfect amount of flavor. The menu is vast so it can be challenging to pick. This time we got the hash brown bowl and the breakfast tacos. We get something different each time we go and it’s always good. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. There is plenty of street parking surrounding the restaurant. There are steps to get up to the door with hand rails. All in all we have been here many times and will continue to return.“
“TL;DR: Fantastic coffee, and they even made decaf good.I have purchased drinks and beans here, as well as ordered beans shipped from the roastery. I recently had to go to decaf for medical reasons and that scared the heck out of me as I am a coffee addict/lover/home espresso brewer/etc.The beans I'll talk about here are the Mexican Turquesa from the Chiapas region. They are Solar roasted Arabica. Tasting notes of Walnut and Milk ChocolateI originally had the non decaf medium roast and I loved it for pour over. Drip (mocha master), and it turned out a pretty tasty espresso shot with very little difficulty in dialing in the grind.Since I have switched to decaf, I have had both the medium and the dark roast. There is barely a hint of difference in pour over and drip on the medium roast. It's fantastic that a decaf could date so could. I have been a death before decaf person, until It was a reality. I was very worried I would have to give up coffee as I've never heard a good word about decaf.I then thought to myself, if there is anyone I can think of that could keep flavor and texture intact, it would be Combs. I went up to Corinth and had a pour over in the cafe and I was impressed. I bought a jar then and there.I had since run out and ordered another 12oz of the medium, and decided to also give the dark roast a try, specifically for my Moka Pot. The Dark roast performed very well in the mokapot. All of the tasting notes were there.Combs sent me fresh roasted beans. The moment I opened up the UPS envelope, the aroma engulfed me in a warm hug of happiness and comfort.Again, I was not disappointed, and it has far exceeded expectations.Comb's really does decaf justice with their Mountain Water Process method.“
“My wife had been here several times before but this was my first time.Initially I was going to have pasta but settled on a margarita pizza. The Neapolitan style pizza was a good choice. Healthy amounts of fresh mozzarella topped the pizza. Very little basil. My son had the carbonara pasta and I had a taste. That was a good choice. My wife had the seafood risotto which I didn’t think was that great. I thought it was a bit bland and I thought the rice was a bit overcooked.Would go back again and I’d like to try some of their desserts.“
“Came to Denton for a school competiton for my child from SA and was looking for tacos of course! Well, when there's a line, you know it's good! Line was quick and let me tell you, the food was delicious! Took me back to my grandma's mexican cooking with love, flavor and just homemade. Barbacoa taco, Machacado w/egg and pap con chile, Yummm! If I am ever in town again, it will always be one of my stops.“
“My church had an event on 9/17/22, we ordered Donuts, kolaches and other pastries. The things I tried were all delicious. I particularly enjoyed the spinach and cheese pastry!!! It was so good I decided to go there and get one. I also got a bacon wrapped kolache, it was good as well. The guy who was there appeared friendly, he was helpful.“
“I want to start off by saying I have went the sidewalk cafe on multiple occasions and I loved it!! So much so that I wanted to host a birthday brunch there. Now getting accommodation for this place was easy and I loved that the owner Sam really worked with me!THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!Seeing as it was a big party I don’t blame the servers to much and honestly it was most definitely a communication issue with the server… but really almost took me and my party out was HOW RUDEEEE THE FOOD RUNNER WAS!! but my thing is if a staff member is going to be interacting with customers he needs to have some home training!! Or not say anything at all. Our actual servers were so nice!! I loved them so much but that food runner literally almost ruined the whole experience.“
“My favorite place to study! Excellent WiFi , coffee, food, and space. On the other hand, I have been very frustrated as Wednesday is a big study day for me and they are now closed on Wednesday and Tuesday for some reason. You are losing many customers, as when I stopped by on Wednesday to find that you are closed, two other vehicles parked and walked up to the door and were not happy as well! What business closes in the middle of the week??Love the homemade chicken tenders!“
“Everything you want from a Mexican-American diner breakfast. I got the Migas and it hit the spot. Heads up the 603 sauce is a red sauce and maybe ask for a couple extra tortillas. I loved it though. The breakfast nachos were great, too (from the bite I stole). We came for the ice box coffee. Tasted like one of those Starbucks caramel latte that comes in a glass bottle. Came in a cool shaker. I think it's just cold brew, cream, and the flavor of your choosing. The coffee ice cubes were an excellent touch.“
“Fabulous Sunday brunch. The ambiance, the food, the staff, all of it! This place was hopping busy but waited maybe 3 minutes to get seated. David took great care of us. We were traveling and found this place on yelp. It was 30 minutes out of our way and I'm here to say it was worth it! I ordered the Cali omelette with grits and mini pancakes for my sides. The icing and powdered sugar on the pancakes was better than a cinnamon roll! My belly is happy and very full. I will be back if I'm ever in the Dallas area again.“
