“Charlie’s is a fun place to hang out, very family friendly atmosphere. With the slogan Coldest Beer In Town, it’s the truth, several times I’ve actually seen them so cold they turn into a slushy style, which is just how cold I like my beer. Whether your a critic of slushy style beer and believe or don’t believe it effects alcohol content, geuss what, do you research alcohol content don’t change as it don’t freeze until -170 degrees, just the water does. Charlie’s has a back patio which is nice to sit on and enjoy the beautiful weather on those days that are lovely outside. The bartenders are the best that highlands has to offer. With all kinds of things to do from night to night, karaoke, lcr, nine ball, 3 ball, 8 ball tournaments, queen of hearts drawing, darts. And sometimes even painting with Selena. With all the fun options, why wouldn’t you chose to come to a place where you will feel at home and treated like family.”

“We love this restaurant. It’s been a Highlands staple for longer than I’ve been around. Portion sizes are awesome Carla and her crew are wonderful. Dad eats there quite often and don’t sleep on the fish special. The fish nuggets are amazing and the perfect way to enjoy this type of fish. :)”

“Out of all the subways around the area this is by far my favorite they always making the sandwiches perfect. no matter who makes they always made super good. they are always super nice and welcoming I love this subway and definitely take the extra drive to pick up my subs here.”

“I’ve been several times to this location mainly because of the convenience of it.. Tonight will be my last time.. The chicken strips were very obviously microwaved. The French fries were somewhat warm, and my wife’s hamburger was cold. And of course, there was no sauce for the cheese sticks either. Thats nothing new though.. I try an give everyone the benefit of the doubt because everyone has a bad day every now an then but more often than not, the food is terrible and sometimes their attitudes need adjusting as well.... I’ll drive a few miles to whataburger from now on...”

“This spot has become our go to location for Tamales and tortillas. The Tamales are amazing. I am forever getting them for my office and now have everyone going there to get them as well.
