“Today, Flossie’s BBQ gained 2 loyal customers. My boyfriend and I crave bbq 5 days a week. Typically, we’ll grill a slab a ribs, some sausage, throw on a good movie and enjoy the day. Unfortunately, the weather was too gloomy for anything other than take out and chill. We stumbled across Flossie’s googling the closest restaurants in an attempt to get a craving for something. Being self proclaimed pit masters lol we had little to no hesitation choosing this bbq place we had shockingly never seen before (despite the 5min distance)From the small mom & pop shop ambience, to the hand crafted menu… the aroma alone.. we knew this was gonna be good.Our plates were served full enough we had lunch, dinner, & a snack leftover.We met the chef, who came out the kitchen with an apron and a huge smile. Extremely friendly and humble, my boyfriend and I were even happier to find the food was just as amazing and warm as the owner/chef. We made sure the sweet girl at the counter knew they gained 2 new customers today. Ones who buy bbq more than we’d like to admit.“
“I have only been here once before and it was about a year ago. The food then, was delicious. I am currently sitting in the restaurant while my order is being prepared. I ordered A LOT of food, as I have a big family to feed. I cannot rate the food just yet since I have not eaten at the moment, but it was delicious during my previous visit.I am writing this review to commend the staff, as there was a gentleman and a young lady working during my visit. They were both extremely welcoming, professional, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The restaurant was very clean, but empty, although I happened to come in before dinner time, so I’m sure that’s why it was empty.Based on the service alone, I will definitely be back. For those who are giving horrible reviews based off one bad experience, shame on you! Sometimes people and places just have a bad day, no matter how hard they try not to.You can’t go wrong with this restaurant if you’re looking for a great bbq place to try.***Edited to add - As I was leaving with the food I ordered, the restaurant began filling up with customers, so the empty feeling was very short lived.Parking: I did have trouble finding a parking place. There were 3 trucks parked in front and the only parking left available was Handicapped Parking. Unless there is additional parking in the back, parking is minimal.Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is kid-friendly and offers meals made especially for children. They also have high chairs and booster seats readily available, if needed when dining in.Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 handicapped parking spaces available, but they are are not as close to the door as they could be.“
“Was in Channelview for work and Tony's was recommended by a coworker. I'm really glad I was working with him because Tony's was the best barbeque I've had in a long, long time!!I can't wait to go back through and try some of the other food.I'm almost ready to move to Channelview, just to be close!!!“

“I’ve eaten here 3 times within the last 2 weeks and each time has been spot on. Everything is made fresh and the service is always amazing. The smoked wings are so good! Tasted like a mixture between Buffalo and bbq sauce. Wally good smoky flavor. The ribs were good as well, the brisket was juicy and the Turkey was so tender and juicy! The cornbread is delicious, the creamed corn is delicious, even the banana pudding the top it off was really good. Definitely a hidden gem in deer park!“
“Delicious!! if anybody traveling off of I 10 and have the taste for barbecue RIBS they are so tender and they have this Smokey flavor to them, by all means this is the place to go. It’s a small mom and pops place and it is good!!!! I always come here when I have to taste for barbecue. You will not be disappointed. I didn’t get it this time around they also have a key lime pie that is delicious as well.“

“I enjoy eating here. My sister was in the hospital so my brother and I stopped to eat here on our way home. Neither of us had eaten the whole day and it was nearly 9 pm.The waitress was so sweet. Very respectful in true southern style with Yes ma'am 's and sirs. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu items. This is the first time, in three years, I've enjoyed the kindness of our waitress. The food was excellent as well. Steak was cooked a perfect medium rare. The salad was fresh, crispy and delicious. I'm not much for rolls either but this night their rolls were warm, soft, and delicious. I did ask for regular butter. I don't care for cinnamon butter. They were happy to substitute. The unsweet tea was perfect too. I truly enjoyed my meal. The ambiance rating was based on me being tired and I just didn't care for all the noise. They couldn't help that so the rating shouldn't reflect badly on them.I hope this review helps. They do have handicap parking and restrooms, also they're fine with you taking home leftovers.This was also the first time in four years of visiting that my table was clean and we didn't have to ask for them to clean it better.They do have high chairs and alcohol is served here.“

“We went out on a Friday night craving some bar b q, but wanted to try a local spot. We came here after narrowing down a few spots and we weren’t disappointed. Everything was fresh and delicious. My daughter and I shared a rib and sausage platter. My boyfriend had a sliced beef sandwhich. “My order was not correct and when I asked if they could fix it they were very rude about making the changes that I initially requested. The order receiver needs to learn how to follow directions or read your order correctly. The food was great and the atmosphere seemed nice. I placed order to go.“

“I’ve had some good bbq, and I’ve had some great bbq. But this is PHENOMENAL BBQ!!! 2 meat plate and both the Brisket and pulled pork were spot on Texas style goodness. They use real hickory wood on site and you can smell it when you walk in (and when you get home!) Solid all around and totally gonna visit this joint again soon!“
