“I have been to several Burger King restaurants. Food is always good, but service is usually terrible. Not at this location! The order taker at the drive-thru was very polite. Didn't sound rushed or rude like in other places. When I pulled up to pick up my food, i was greeted by a super friendly lady who gave me my order with everything correct, asked me if I needed extra condiments and gave me a BK crown saying "don't forget your crown because at BK, you rule!" That that was cherry on top for me. She went above and beyond!“

“Great food, friendly service. I was 1st customer of the day. Food was prepared quick. Lost a star due to the socializing with another employee (I guess, he was in the kitchen, got 2 drinks and left). Socializing meant cook got my order wrong, and he took the order. Asked if I wanted fries, tots or onion rings. I got soggy fries instead of tots. They were meant to be reheated later. Fries don't reheat well in the microwave. Big Rig parking next door!“

“I've had pizza all over the place. This pizza is up there with some of the best of them. They have the best pizza around Bowie county. No one can top them. I will definitely be back. Now the burgers and fries are delicious too. I hope New Boston and surrounding areas will keep this place busy.“

“Food orders have always been correct and arrived hot.Clean Restroom on right side of building at the end of the pull in parking spots BEFORE drive thru lane.Service staff has always been friendly and helpful. “The lady working the front counter with red curly hair pulled up in a ponytail was wonderful. She was super sweet with my kids. Brought our food out promptly. I even saw her cleaning in between taking people's orders. Good food great service“

“We stop at this Burger King every so often and they always give great service. Always friendly staff, clean restaurant and decorated nicely for Halloween too. Food is made upon ordering so it takes a few extra minutes but worth it! Brent was awesome. The owners should be proud of this staff and their establishment. Keep it up!“

“I take my son here after his t-ball games! Order him a Happy Meal & my older son Mcchicken sandwiches with added tomato and Oreo McFlurry.Our order is always right.Wait times vary depending on time of day and staff...this location is short staffed most of the time. But, the employees that I have encountered here are VERY friendly and hard working!Prices are higher compared to similar items at the other fast food restaurants in New Boston and there are local owned restaurants that serve homemade, fresh food that, IMO is Higer Quality Better Tasting, however my 5yro LOVES the fries ? and a Happy Meal, which no one else has matched ??Right off I30 next door to EZ Mart and across the street from KFC/TacoBellVegetarian options: You can custom order, no Meat or dairy. “It's been a while since I went through a drive thru and received excellent customer service at McDonald's, especially from a young adult. Sauna (I think that's her name) greeted us and said thank you. Most of the young adults today do not have customer service skills. Sauna, thank you for your service today.“

“My daughter’s food is always correct and she enjoys it. Grilled cheese and fries. However every time I decide to order something is always incorrect. I’ll start checking my order ever time from now on. I usually let it slide because I’m in the restaurant business. But no more. I always do my best to make sure my guests get exactly what they need and repeat their orders back. But when it’s to go there not much to do to fix it right away. I did call and I have a sandwich waiting on the house. That’s nice and all but an apology would have gone a long way. Customer service could be better.“
