The worst in all aspects,,,,, i walked in at lunch time on a Saturday and was the only person there and the kid that works there hauled ass when he saw me and my daughter. when the manager popped out she just stared at me, ordered a couple of fountain drinks and was told no fountain drinks. i ordered the blue cheese bacon burger and onion rings... the burger was terrible but the onion rings where good...the menu said a basket of onion rings was 3.50 but the 7 onion rings i got was 5 bucks on the reciept. 22 dollars for a crap burger, onion rings and a dr.pepper... never again !

Went there today, ordered the Alfred burger and fries with a Mexican Coke. Everything was delicious, best burger I've had in a while. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Beware. Bacon Cheese Burgers are $18! Prices shown in photos on Goggle map search are old and from previous burger oriented establishment. Not sure who is responsible for the old photos but they are very misleading. Prices for burgers are now double from what is showing.

Great neighborhood bar. I stopped in for a bite to eat and kept it simple. I had a chili cheese dog, fries and a beer! Best dog I've had in a long time! Beers were ice cold and the friendly service rounded out the experience. Great selection of beers and cocktails, and the burgers look fantastic. I'll definitely be back in for one... I recommend you do too!

Went in to try the highly recommended octopus. I sat myself , was never greeted or acknowledged , even though I made eye contact with the employees. I left after 4 minutes of silence ,even though I was one of three guest there.

Down one star from five years ago. Alfred's underwent a facelift and rebranded at Cocina and Bar. Just a few weeks back their menu had their old burgers menu, and a new Tex Mex menu. Today at lunch I along with a few friends were told the Tex Mex menu may come back which left me an inconsistent after taste. We opted to go down the street to Mandola's to continue supporting local. Bring back the Tex Mex options please. Today was sad after encouraging friends of your new and improved menu only to be let down.

The food is good, ask for bottled water or you're going to get metal tasting water, the service isn't as attentive as they should be, ambiance is nice, but it was literally 85° in there, I was literally sweating my arse off. Get your food to go. It felt better outside than sitting in there.
Three pages of Mexican food and three burger options isn't a burger joint. Good food though....cute, small Mexican food place.

Was here several years ago and came back to try this place out recently and was left with the same impression as the previous time… disappointed. You would think for the prices you would get actual fresh fries not old soggy fries that were refried and don’t forget the burnt bacon on the bacon burger. There’s better burger places people don’t waste your money here.

My boyfriend and I saw this place as were driving so we decided to try it. When we entered the restaurant we were greeted with a friendly staff and homey feel. The restaurant resembles an old timey diner and we loved the decor and lighting. The food was so delicious and severed fairly quick. We've been back multiple times and I have enjoyed every dish I ordered. The chilly cheese fries are amazing and a staple item to my order. We love supporting local businesses especially this one because the quality is so good.

Owner rude and down right a BIT*H. TOOK OVER 45 minutes to get a burger and fries. I only have an hour for lunch. At 35 minutes I asked if my food was ready. It was wrong order. her explanation was that the call in orders are to done before my food and I was eating there in dining room. After 45 minutes owner brings my order and drops it on the table. I have to take it back Bc burger was still not what ordered. GEEZ! How hard is it to make burger and fries? And at $16. I only am not recommending Bc of how she treated me and her business ethics. I did mentioned to owner how her horrible she treated me and she replied YES I AM! Won’t be back.
