Took 45 minutes to get an appetizer and 1.5 hours to get an entree. When the entree arrived it was the wrong item and they had to remake it. The food was excellent but the service was awful. This was our second visit since our first was amazing. Seems that they are inconsistent. The manager apologized for the wait on our food but the waiter tried to gaslight me into saying I ordered something different, which I didn't appreciate especially since I ordered it word for word from the menu. My guess is that he got it wrong and didn't want to swap it out since what he brought was considerably more expensive.Reservation was 7:15Seated at 7:25Appetizer arrived at 8:10First (wrong) entree arrived at 8:45Second (correct) entree arrived at 8:55

I can see why Beyonce and Jay Z love it so much!! We went Tuesday afternoon, so it was a lunch crowd. We loved everything we ordered. We had two steaks and a burger. For appetizers, we did the calamari and the oyster special they have. PHENOMENAL!

Excellent lunch! My sister and I chose a few different dishes from the menu to share.The Carpet Bagger Oysters covered in blue cheese and hot sauce were so delicious! Same goes with the Crab Cake & Lamb Bacon. My heart was singing while savouring the food. We ended our lunch with the delectable Berry Butter Cake. Delightful smell and tasted even better. Try it!It’s an upscale and a popular restaurant. Booking is essential especially for dinner. We have dined here a few times in the past but this was the first time for lunch.They have a butcher shop/deli in the restaurant. It’s next to the bar on the left side. Valet parking is available.Summer is very efficient and attentive. I’ll come back!

The food and service here is amazing. I got the Beef Wellington. It was really good, however it came in a sauce, which I was expecting. I think it would have been better without the sauce.My husband got the ribeye, that was amazing! 10/10. Sides were also very delicious!
If you are looking to celebrate a special occasion while in downtown Houston I highly recommend B&B. While on the higher price side my wife and I walked away full and had nothing but positives to say. The service was 5 stars. If you sit at tye bar (best seat I. The house if you ask me) Yvonne and the staff will treat you right and steer you right for every decision.

Still like this spot but quality seems to be on the decline last few visits. The dry aged steak tasted more like a regular steak cooked in dry aged fat this visit, and the dry aged steak I brought home from the butcher was very gamy (even cooked to 110) and again lacked the nuttiness of the old b&b steaks.
