I had a pretty decent time here. The food was really good. I ordered the crawfish pasta with a mad hatter salad and had their boudin balls with their sauce. The sauce for the boudin balls was really good! I will say I’m not sure if today the staff was having a rough day because I will say it did take a little long on refills and my waiter wasn’t as attentive, but overall I would come here again for the food. I just think it was a bad day on the staff.

Not recommended to come on Monday. They only have 2 server and they can have only 6 tables at the time so you have to wait about 30-45 mins to get the table or waste your time to comingSo we group of 4 order togo instead but while we waiting the host accept 2 new costumer the get the table right the way at 9.30 pmI’m so upset I know that’s they close at 10 pm but we arrived at 9 pm so they supposed to take us too

We went on an early Friday dinner with my family and senior parents at 6pm. It was a 45mn wait and then we got seated. We had to tell the host we needed a server as we had waited for 15mn seating for our server to greet us. They said it was a mix up with the servers. We did get complimentary queso/chips. The crawfish are good and size. I don't think they have enough staff to keep up with customers. If you go don't go starting or ready to be served right away

1st time here…..never made it past the front door. Patio was less than half full but was told 20 minute wait because they were short staffed. In addition the hostess clearly felt she had more important things to do. Not off to a good start so we just left.You only get one chance to make a first impression………won’t try again.

Slow service and wrong food, mix up orders. It took forever to get our food. The baby's chicken nuggets were so late coming out that half the table had finish eating. Even the food they left off and we asked for takeout was wrong.Kid-friendliness: Not good

I like BB's! The food is EXCELLENT! I had the fried seafood platter and it was wonderful. The tartar sauce should be illegal it's so good. Even the coleslaw had a great flavor to it. The only complaint I have are the fries. They were soggy and greasy. I'm sure this doesn't happen all the time but it happened this time. HOWEVER, it won't stop me from dining there. I hate that they decided to discontinue the softshell crab po-boy. It was the absolute BEST! You should improve on a good thing not get rid of it. Keep up the good work.
There is literally tables open everywhere and they are making us wait for hours… I just don’t understand how they can be so clueless. Constantly turning away people walking in the door and half the restaurant is empty…. Half of the staff is just standing at the host stand talking to each other… I’ve been to other locations and this one is the absolute worst.

My family and I went for dinner on March 3rd as there was a text saying 5lbs for 44.99. When we got there at 4:35pm wait time was 45min-1hr as the "dish washer was broken and short on servers" There was 3 servers outside and 1 inside.it was middle of shift change so its undertandable the wait.but I was sat until 5:55pm. One server had 2 helpers I am guessing training, one server inside. one table was sat inside of maybe 10ppl max, they couldnt sit anyone as the server had a big table, mind you they were already eatimg and server with pink hair could have been sat 2 more tables, as a former server and manager , after drinks are served and food is put in, they can take another table, the one with trainees could have been double sat and used his help for drinks and greet.managers were walking around like if it was slow. after we got sat there was stilla good 1-6 tables waiting and instead of sitting guest, all staff was inside the restaurant chit chatting. a good 10 tables walked away since wait was up to hour and a half to two hour wait time. could have been less if management knew how to manage. by the time I got my check the "promo" on crawfish was 49.99 not what was stated on the text. My gumbo was cold and food took wayyy to long for everyone gettin crawfish around us. this locations has potential with right management. My MIL, husband and I went to Bb's on hwy 249 for water creature Wednesday and we all 3 ordered the Dungeness Crab. There were only 2 other tables that ordered crab, everyone else ordered crawfish. When we got our food, we were not given any crab crackers so we couldnt eat the crab, we asked 3 servers about crackers, or scissors in order to actually eat the crab. The first server said they were short on crab crackers, the next person said they couldn't find any and the third person finally found 1, that the 3 of us had to share. By the time we received the crab cracker it was 20 minutes and the crab was cold. If a restaurant sells crab, how can they not have crab crackers to actually EAT the food. Totally disappointed. What is going on here? Wasn't super busy. 5 open tables, patio was closed, appeared to be 6 waitstaff working the floor.Jazzy always gives us great service and the crab is always great. But come on...not enough utensils? Ridiculous.
