I normally don't remark on diner experience but this is an exception. ON 8-10 2023, decided to dine at 'The Best Soul In Town' NOT!. the staff is like a chicken with his head cut off. The are all over the place. As you walk up to the counter, there is no one there. you have wait until someone emerge from the back. I waited for about 7 minutes before someone showed up to help me. As i waited, there was a BUSTA brother came in and short circuited the line. So it appeared he was ahead of me.There was a large frame lady who came from the kitchen area and asked who was first, so i raised my hand. The lady look like her name could be big Thelma. Big Thelma made out the ticket and placed his ticket ahead of mine, she also instructed the cashier to process his ticket first. He ordered Oxtail and i order baked chicken. I was offended but didn't protest verbally. I said to myself, someone need to teach Big Thelma lesson in honest life event. As the BUSTA brother awaited his OXTAILS dinner. I wanted to show Big Thelma she was not as slick as she thought. I intently waited until she jettison toward the kitchen to put the meats on the plates, quietly left the joint. I can imagine the look on Thelma face when was standing there with a plate but no customer to pay for it. So, here is what happened. Best Soul Food... lost money on the sale and more important, they lost a customer
