Every time I order online, the order is never ready when I arrive. It's like they don't make the order until I arrive. There have been times that the order was not correct and the staff is not the most inviting.
I hate coming to this Burger King. If I can avoid it, I'd drive further to SW Freeway or to Westheimer.They were in their best behavior during 2020-2021 CoVid time. But service went down to the toilet in 2022. They stayed open and never show signs of staff shortage.A few times, my orders went short whenever I use drive-thru. I called to complain. They said "come and get it". Hell, I ain't going out after dark. That Shell station is really wicked.So, I have been going inside recently....read full review
