Absolutely out of this world stuffed crab and fried oysters!I ordered the seafood platter with the two catfish and a stuffed crab. I didn't know what to expect from "stuffed crab"... all fried, but don't let that turn you off. The batter was light, tender and crispy. And did I mention the stuffed crab and fried oysters! I ordered extra oysters, ate like a hog, with a beer and tip for under 40 bucks! Wish I lived closer, I'd be here every week!
We enjoyed this laid-back casual spot immensely. We had cups of gumbo and split a plate of frog legs and fries. It was great! We will probably go back and try everything else on the menu at least once. They were doing a thriving business at 2:30 in the afternoon. Delightful seafood eating experience. Everything was so fresh. Raw oysters were plump clean and very fresh. Peel n eat shredded was also.
