Definitely a hidden gem. An unbeatable price point for some excellent bbq. I was a bit spectacle about the outside of the building but once you walk in, you get a taste of Texas. The brisket and ribs were amazing. I will definitely be back to try more of their homemade sides!

Central Texas BBQ is the kind of dining establishment you can only find in Texas. Smiling staff are helpful and friendly. Meats are deliciously slow smoked, and portions are generous. Great stop across from Hobby Airport, especially now that Pappas BBQ is no longer at Hobby.
