I usually go to this chipotle. I got a bowl and asked for sauce on the side. This girl with big lashes put the sauce in the bowl and just looked at me. She didn’t apologize or anything. There were burnt pieces of chicken in my order too.
I have visited this location several times, but on each occasion, I have had to deal with servers who are quite rude for no apparent reason. It is clear that they need to undergo proper training on how to provide better customer service. It is important to treat customers with kindness and respect. Simply throwing food into a burrito bowl and repeatedly asking, "Is that it?" is not acceptable behavior. Treating people with kindness and respect doesn't cost anything. I came here as a delivery driver today to pick up a DoorDash. There was nothing on the pick up order shelf, I waited about 5 minutes and then decided to ask this girl who was packaging orders for an ETA. I say “Hi!
