“I went there Saturday for lunch and it was packed. One thing I learned is that they don’t sit parties bigger than 6 people. The service was excellent and the place was clean and fun and nicely decorated. I order migas and they were ok. Not much of a flavor. I also tried one carnitas taco and again, it was ok not too tasty.“

I love that they added the new sautéed spinach as a side- super delish. Matt, the GM, is so kind, attentive, and just has the best customer service! “Love love this Pollo Regio, Nury was so nice so attentive and very helpful. We went to the location on 1960 , in Cypress creek and it was horrible. No onions, no flour tortillas, no guacamole and the service is horrible everytime we go there. Super recommend this location !“

“If I could give Tacos Tierra Caliente 10 stars, I would! I stop by at least once a week or every other week, and the tacos are always juicy and full of flavor. Two tacos fill me up perfectly.

The staff are so friendly, especially the woman who takes the orders. I feel terrible that I’ve forgotten her name after all my visits, but I’m asking next time so I can give her the shoutout she deserves! Even when there’s a crowd out front, the service is impressively fast.

The location is great, too. It’s right by my apartment, next to a bar where you can sit at a table with your tacos and enjoy a drink. If you’re on the go, the gas station is right there for a quick soda.

From the beginning, Chelsea was incredibly helpful, patient, and communicative. She took the time to show us different units, answer all of our questions, and help us find the apartment that was the best fit for us. We never felt rushed or pressured, even while we were going back and forth trying to decide exactly what we wanted.

Once we decided to move forward, Chelsea was just as helpful throughout the application process. She kept us informed, answered our questions, and made the entire process feel organized and easy. Communication makes such a difference when you’re making a big decision like choosing a new home, and we really appreciated how responsive she was from beginning to end.

The apartments themselves are beautiful. We loved the layouts, the amount of storage, the finishes, and the overall quality of the units. The property also has a great location and really feels like somewhere we can see ourselves enjoying living.

“We visit Ambriza nearly every week, mostly at Towne Lake or La Centerra, for everything from casual dinners to birthday parties—the atmosphere is always lively, service is fast and friendly, bar offers quality drinks (ice-cold beers, top-shelf margaritas), fajitas and the Parrillada Mexicana are must-haves, and starters like street corn, empanadas, and ceviche never disappoint—perfect spot for family, friends, or any celebration, always consistent and highly recommended.“

All food came out fairly quickly from ordering time and we were all served at the same time. It is saying a lot because the restaurant was packed at the time on a Sunday evening. The food was served piping hot. My teens are very particular about their tortillas and fajitas …they were very happy with the food quality and taste. The price is fair comparing to today’s food prices. I had the enchiladas en molé, mom had fish tacos, and dad had tortilla soup. So good! We will be back soon!“
