Okay I'm not going to lie this place to me is the definition of every single bite is the perfect bite. I ordered the coconut milk vanilla base with banana, caramel, and recesses pieces mixed in and my word. This is amazing ice cream. I can literally taste everything individually and it just pairs so well together. I took a star off because of the price though. Over $17 for one large ice cream?!?? Definitely a once in a while treat. BUT THIS IS REALLY GOOD ICE CREAM.

Got a single scoop of sea salt caramel. Texture wise, probably one of the best. Very thick & creamy. You can definitely tell they use quality ingredients. The flavor was off. It didn't taste like caramel at all. Color was white which I didn't mind since it had to be mixed/made but I even double checked with the staff to make sure the flavor was correct. The ice cream tasted like just cream. It had no flavor. A bit disappointing. This place definitely would have been a 5/5 if the flavor was good.

I am an ice cream lover. I love this ice cream and I have been eating it for about 3 years. The galleria location is usually busy & may or may not have a long line. This ice cream is made fresh and crafted just the way you want it they have signature options if you want to try something new or different. I love that the ice cream is made right in front of you. The building is small so it's not much seating area but it is additional tables outside. If you are an ice cream lover you MUST try.

The taro ice cream was light and creamy. It was fluffy like marshmallow whip but sticky. Tables and chairs had smears of ice cream. The staff seemed nice.

I went here for the first time ever Saturday night and ordered a small size Thai Tea Ice Cream. It was good quality, very rich, dense and very delicious in a unique way too. It wasn't too sweet, but very creamy and resembled a frozen custard with that smoky, sweet-spiced, milky Thai tea flavor. It was very addictive in every bite, especially after the first two. The service was great and friendly as well.
At first I had a bit of sticker shock. The smallest size costs $8? What? But then I shared it with my toddler. We got the birthday cake option. Rather than your classic "sprinkles on top", every bite was sprinkles infused. And it was super smooth and satisfying. My kid and I shared it and loved it. Just for the "every bite had sprinkles" effect, I'm giving this 5 stars. Also - nice, good energy and good service from the kind lady in a hijab working solo today.

My friend and I were out shopping in the Galleria area, and decided to get some ice cream and sit outside to eat it, as it was a beautiful day. Neither of us had ever tried Creamistry before. I ordered green tea with mochi and my friend ordered toffee. It was so very thick and uber creamy and delicious. We very much enjoyed it. I saw that many of the stores had less than stellar reviews. The ice cream was good and the store spotless.

I was a bit curious about this place. I went to try with the family and It was great. I got myself a Red Velvet because I enjoy Red Velvet alot.The Flavors were tasty and it was super cold, that it made me a brain freeze in a good way.Highly Recommend to give it a try if you done your shopping or exploring.
