Got a single scoop of sea salt caramel. Texture wise, probably one of the best. Very thick & creamy. You can definitely tell they use quality ingredients. The flavor was off. It didn't taste like caramel at all. Color was white which I didn't mind since it had to be mixed/made but I even double checked with the staff to make sure the flavor was correct. I am an ice cream lover. I love this ice cream and I have been eating it for about 3 years. The galleria location is usually busy & may or may not have a long line. This ice cream is made fresh and crafted just the way you want it they have signature options if you want to try something new or different. I love that the ice cream is made right in front of you. Okay I'm not going to lie this place to me is the definition of every single bite is the perfect bite. I ordered the coconut milk vanilla base with banana, caramel, and recesses pieces mixed in and my word. This is amazing ice cream. I can literally taste everything individually and it just pairs so well together. I took a star off because of the price though. Over $17 for one large ice cream?!?? Definitely a once in a while treat. BUT THIS IS REALLY GOOD ICE CREAM.
