“Great place for family and friends. Spent the time there eating, chatting and laughing. The drinks were on point we had a couple of Mojitos what a beautiful, orchid, flower, fresh tasting yucca fries, sweet fish, & whole fried fish. We had Dominican fried chicken for appetizers and we were quite impressed with the quality and taste.“

“The food is pretty good. I was looking to experience PR food, and they did not let me down. We took home some alcapurrias to fry at home to share with the family. Delicious. The restaurant itself could use some updates.. it's a bit of a hole in the wall, but these are the best places to find that authentic food“
“DGD is mainly known for their night scene. Been a fees times for Sunday breakfast/lunch. They don’t have menus or prices listed so you have to ask what they have or what they can make. It’s not your typical food spot here in Houston. My in laws from Washington Heights say it’s some of the best Dominican food they’ve had in the states. Also not the friendliest owners/staff but makes for a good quick meal spot. No service to table.“
