The staff is always super friendly and quick to get orders out! They are always in good spirits and never rude even when orders have mistakes or there is a last-minute addition at the window. I have nothing but nice things to say about them and their professionalism! The coffee is always spot on as well, made as ordered, and the food is always nice and hot. They take pride in their jobs, and it shows! Great place and its been my go-to coffee drive-thru for many years!

I come here everyday, sometimes multiple times a day. I order the same drink everyday. Caramel cold brew with cold foam NO CREAM NO SUGAR. I know what it looks like and what it should taste like. Well today I get the drink and it was very very light colored, obviously with cream in it. I told them at the window and they argued with me that it did not have the sugar and cream because it didn’t say it on the label. They told me it was from the cold foam melting into it. Not true, they had literally just put the foam on as I pulled up and handed me the drink. It was already light brown before they added the cold foam. I told them it even tasted like straight sugar and cream and they told me that’s from the caramel syrup. As I said, I get this everyday. I know what it should taste like and look like. Should have remade my drink when I told them it didn’t taste right for the 3rd time. But instead one of the guys working walked away because he didn’t want to hear me out. Unfortunate, I love dunkin, but won’t be back to this one ever again.

The associate on the drive thru is so rude and completely hates his life for working there. Or at least he treats his customers like so.Can’t even be nice enough to get a Mobile order! Like you’re not even interacting with me and made a point to be rude by giving me my food like if it’s such a huge problem. Not only that he complained I didn’t give them a heads up….. uhm I ordered mobile! What more heads up does he need? Reconsider your hires

Manager/Owner- if your hours of operation are clearly stated, then you should provide customer service during those hours. Employees closing earlier than the stated operating hours is poor business ethics.

Manager was SO rude to employees. I went through the line twice bc I ordered donuts and kolaches online but on the receipt it said $0.00 for the donuts so I assumed it didn't go through so the second time I went through the line I told them and then the manger came up, took my phone from my hand and said "Is this the app?" I said yes. She then said "it's only showing kolaches" I told her that there was two separate orders bc one didn't go through. She then gave my phone back to me and told me to find the other receipt. While all this was going on she was also being so rude to the employees. They were very uncomfortable and you could tell they were embarrassed by her. The manager told them that they aren't being specific enough and I told her that they are. She turned around and said "no, they are not." I told the employees that's it's okay don't worry about it I'll just take the donuts. One of the employees was SO sweet and I felt so bad for her. I apologized for the complications and that they had to deal with a manager like that. :/

Not a full selection of donuts. Did not have my favorites- vanilla creme filled and apple fritter which I specifically stopped in to get. No label on donut trays so I didn't know what flavors they had. Bugs landing on the donuts in the case.
