This is a ghost kitchen inside Deen’s Cheesesteak. I never had issues with Deens so I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately I found out how management treats an unhappy customer.I ordered 2 meals for family and they didn’t get the correct stuff. this place is terrible. I ordered online but they didnt have any idea of my order when I walked in. I waited for my order patiently and when I got home to open everything, noticed they did not give me what I ordered. I called them to let them know only to be met with an argumentative employee that tried to convince me that they dont have the item that I ordered and that their online menu is wrong. He kept talking over me so I ended the call. Don't bother with this place

This location is closed!!! The website will still except an order and let you pay though! We ordered on Sunday, I showed up and the restaurant is no longer there. No one answered the phone after multiple calls so I called a different location that said this happens sometimes. They said they could issue a refund of my money, but that has still not happened and it is the thursday after ordering and not getting our food.
