Only go to this location for Ms. Matthew! She provided the best service I've had in a very long time. She knew what we needed before we asked for it and added her personal touch and smile to everything. Now I don't think I can go back to this IHOP unless she's there. Management should be giving her a raise or bonus and have her training all the staff on customer service.
It took too long to bring the order, and it was not so full that it would take that long, I had to ask them to change my cutlery because they were dirty.Well, because the manager or the owner was there, I wasn't sure. (asking if everything was okay)

I just wanted bacon, eggs, and pancakes. Pancakes were ok, eggs were good, but the bacon was terrible. Not to mention that after a 20% tip, it came out to right at $25. I don’t mind paying extra for quality, but that was not worth $25.
