Went to Jersey Mike’s on New Year’s Day and had an amazing experience! Came in at 830pm and expected the typical eye roll from employees the late customers always get, especially on a holiday and I received the total opposite from Assistant Manager Nick! He was on point with his customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure I was handled quickly and letting me know I wasn’t a bother at all.
