What an amazing experience today, I haven't been to this location since like 2011 and was hesitant to go because of my previous experience and the restaurant looked messy and sticky floors...BUT WOW!! THIS KFC IS THE BEST LOOKING ONE AND HAS THE BEST STAFF HANDS DOWN. The shift manager was amazing! Food is the usual quality, but i dont like when they hand you your drink and ask you to pull to the front to wait for your food rather than wait at the window. I said "but there is nobody behind me" and the guy at the window said "yea but the timer is running and your order is not ready".Not my fault you are slow!

Great food. Great service. Great employees. I went there twice through drive through. The chicken was hot and tasty and the side orders of macaroni and cheese and left potatoes and fries were hot. Everything was packaged neatly. The lady at the drive-thru and another guy and the manager were great. I'm from Jamaica and KFC is legendary in the land of my birth. This is the best KFC I've been to in Houston thus far! We will definitely be going back again ?
