WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.....Ordered 5 tender meal which included 2 sauces, 2 sides and a drink. The ignorant lady (Claudia) said I needed to pay $ 1 for the new sticky chicky sauce because it was a new sauce. WHAT? Really I have to pay for sauces when my meal includes any 2 sauces. I said absolutely not, I told her I was not paying extra. I got my food and left. Once, I got home one of my sides were missing and I'm sure the lady did it on purpose. This location is a SCAM@!

Gave me wrong orderI ordered dark 8 pieces of chicken. Before pick up I asked is that dark chicken only. They said yes but then I arrived home and it's mixed. 2 drum, 2 breasts and 4 wing. What the hell they did to my order? I paid $21 something for what? I'm mad ? poor service

The food was so horrible I won’t given leave a star for it. I called to express my concerns to the manager and she told me that I was having a bad day and have no business taking it out on her. The biscuits were so hard that you could have thrown them against the wall and it would have made a dent in the wall. They were not edible in any way in less you wanted to risk chipping your teeth and the chicken strips were so rubbery my husband wouldn’t not eat them not even my kids would eat them. The manger tried telling me the food was fresh and I told her that if she thinks that is fresh she had a lot she needed to learn. Then she had the nerve to hang up on me! So I call the cooperate office and complained to them you can not expect customers to come in and spend money and not want to listen or fix any complaints that a customer has. That was absolutely uncalled for when I try to express my concerns and you tell me that I must be having a bad day and not to take it out on her and then hang up on me!!!! I will never go back to this place again I will spend my money on a place that deserves it!

My biscuits were hard as a rock I tried telling the lady,but she was rude and hung up on me,she did tell me to go back,but I tried to tell her other stuff,but that when she hung up on me I kept calling back but did not answer me and I will go back and I am taking the biscuits back ,but don't know when so they will be in my refrigerator too and I also ask for 2 crispy chicken,but they were not in that was another thing that I tried to say ,but she hung up.

Napkins, forks, and spoons were only available by asking and then you had to holler for someone, then be questioned if you already had one for each person!
