The food was so horrible I won’t given leave a star for it. I called to express my concerns to the manager and she told me that I was having a bad day and have no business taking it out on her. The biscuits were so hard that you could have thrown them against the wall and it would have made a dent in the wall. They were not edible in any way in less you wanted to risk chipping your teeth and the chicken strips were so rubbery my husband wouldn’t not eat them not even my kids...read full review

My biscuits were hard as a rock I tried telling the lady,but she was rude and hung up on me,she did tell me to go back,but I tried to tell her other stuff,but that when she hung up on me I kept calling back but did not answer me and I will go back and I am taking the biscuits back ,but don't know when so they will be in my refrigerator too and I also ask for 2 crispy chicken,but they were not in that was another thing that I tried to say ,but she hung up.

Normally, I dont frequent KFC, but I just had a horrible experience here. There was no customer service here. I wasn't ask if I wanted to dine in or take an to go order. I wasn't given any napkins either. Watched a family walk out in disappointment. I should've read the reviews.
