Our first few visits were fantastic. We cared more about the food than the atmosphere. Food was great before Covid. Was best in Town. After COVID visits were not that great compared to before (Food wise) which is why I am giving 4 stars. Humble owners.
I got the Tonkotsu ramen. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the broth was very flavorful but not too salty like other places I've been too. The warm, salted edamame was a pleasant surprise. The gyoza came out crispy, piping hot, and the meat filling tasted very homemade which I loved. Overall the quality and service were absolutely top notch. I highly recommend it!

Compared to the other local ramen place...this is by far more tasty and more bang for your buck. Broth and meat were a little on the salty side, but overall a generous portion of noodles, seaweed, bamboo, and onions. I did add a whole egg; I'm glad I did.
