The guy grilling chicken was on his phone which explains why there was a 30-minute delay for chicken. One man gave up his dinner to another traveler because he could not wait any longer. The nachos are advertised as having SHREDDED cheese, but they came with no shredded cheese and cheese sauce. This is a big deal for me. I tossed them.

From the manager SHELBY to my waitress MONICA to the cook LARRY and my cashier Kiki, my experience has been phenomenal!!!! everyone I encountered was top tier!!! The food, customer service and overall experience!!!! I love them, wish I could have this experience every time I travel!!!! What a complete downgrade from the previous restaurant that was at this location for a long, long time. I came to Hobby for an early morning flight. This and Starbucks were pretty much the only places open. Has a similar menu to the previous tenant, but that is where the similarities stop. The food here was bad. I ordered the sausage breakfast burrito. Has eggs, potatoes, beans, and sausage. The burrito was mostly watery beans and had no flavor whatsoever. Came with a small condiment cup only half full of salsa. Wouldn’t have mattered if it was full, it is was not good. Had a funky flavor. Had to resort to add Cholula. Find someplace else to eat if you can. Looking at the selection of new places, you most likely will run into the same problem.

Horrible breakfast tacos. Paid $40 for trash! Skip the breakfast!!!! The eggs were the powder kind and very runny, the potatoes were mashed like mashed potatoes!!!! Gross!!!! Not sure about their lunch since I am here at breakfast early morning. I wish I would've looked at the reviews before I wasted $40.

Chips and Salsa, typically what makes or breaks a TexMex restaurant. Well, in Latrelle’s place, it’s done beyond Broke! The chips had a cardboard texture and tasted like styrofoam. Obviously, bag bought! The salsa, at best, taste like chicken broth for which someone had poured excessive amounts of hot sauce in it.I asked for a refund, and was promptly provided one. My compliments to the staff, for which I was informed, “you’re not the first to complain about the salsa.” Hmm, go figure.Let me get this straight, the City of Houston cancelled Pappasito’s service contract in favor of this place? It figures! For those who remember the great days Pappasito’s TexMex food at Hobby, keep on walking and save your $6!

Not a good restaurant. Dry flour tortillas. Chips not good, rice was hard. Eat somewhere else in Hobby airport. I ordered the chicken fajitas.
Queso and guac were OK. The flour tortillas got tough and rubbery as soon as the cooled. Your fajita taco turns to taco jerky. I miss Pappasito's.
