went today 03/27 for lunch and we ordered salad without onion and since they did put onion they took it back it took like 20 minutes more to get the correct salad after we had waited forever already. Once salad came they still took forever for our entree plate like 45 minute just to get our lunch plate.

Love this place. They really care about the customer. Great food and they care! I drive from Pasadena to see them! The only bad thing is the handicap parking is not to close since it is in a mall parking so it is hard for me to park w bad knees. All else is good.Parking: Parking is not close to the restaurant due to it's in a mall so handicap parking is somewhat far.

Had an afternoon meal at the Gulfgate Mall Olive Garden February 17; we parked and walked to enter the restaurant. While waiting to be seated I took photos within the new restaurant; the right side of the building is a spacious to go order area. The left side has a spacious bar and dining area that is very different than the other nearby Olive Garden locations.We were seated at a table near the window and Angela greeted and promptly attended to our requested food and beverages. I'll have to have the kitchen slice the Italian sausage so it looks better photographed in the 5 cheese marinara pasta entree ordered ?. The other entree, seafood alfredo with broccoli, was beautifully prepared. Bill was expected (food has gone up everywhere), but the ambiance, food and portions were great.Though I'd rather have an Applebee's or another restaurant built at Gulfgate (NRG Olive Garden is not far away from there!), we will definitely return because of the food and service received. Stop by because seeing is believing.Parking: No handicap spots right next to the building ?
This place recently opened up. Very clean and very nice. Staff here is really professional and friendly. Food here comes out fast and hot! We enjoyed our dinner here and will definitely be back.

Food was on point but it was the service that made it a great birthday for a friend. Xena was triple-sat with large parties but was graceful and communicated and staff helped to make sure we were being helped, and don't think we waited that long. Would definitely come back to this location again.
