Our visits to our local Outback are very sporadic, and most of the time the service and food are consistent and good. This last time though we had Stephany as our server, and she was just a delightful young lady! She made our experience a 5 ⭐️.
Nesh was our server and went out of her way to ask the manager Marc about an item that was no longer on the menu. He was able to create the dish and bring it to our mom for her dinner. It made her experience that night even more special. That’s called good old fashioned customer service!!! Thank you Marc and Nesh.
