Terrible Place, with rude servers, advertise menu items they don't have just a bad place to eat. Soda dispensers are not all working. Malfeasance at its best, stay away from this place this is good advice. By the other reviews, it looks like I'm right!

Came here a few times to get food to go and it's always tasty. Service could use some work - they prioritize the drive thru and app orders and you walk up to the counter just to be ignored by the multiple employees fulfilling those. Then when you finally get acknowledged standing there, it moves quickly. My go to's are the orange chicken, Beijing beef, and walnut shrimp. The shrimp especially is impressive bc of how big they are.

Several items, they are out lately and tonight at 7:45 pm in the drive through was told They have 4 items, due to they are closing right now for a staff meeting. I said you don't have any food because of a staff meeting and you're closing an hour early ? Sorry, but I'm I'm the service industry, as a nurse , we have staff meetings yet we run the unit OPEN 24/7 This location has gone downhill For The past several months.

Ordered food at 7pm for pick up at 7:45. Got there at 7:45, was told they didn't have my food and refused to give me my money back. This is the second time having problems at this location. Definitely won't be back to get bent over again!!

Service was extremely quick and staff was friendly. Food was Awful!! Everything I ordered was below warm , items That were meant to be crispy were soggy. Ragoons had old hard cheese inside and the chow Mein was basically rice because the noodles were severely chopped up into small pieces . Management need to keep a better eye on freshness and quality of food .

They are out of WHITE RICE, how are you continuously out of white rice, this is a Chinese restaurant, the main thing you carry is white rice, they were also out of greens and like 2 other things, not like oh we'll be ready in 10 minutes, we're straight out of it, if you're out go to the store and buy it during dead time duh! All Panda Express in the the Houston area are under 3 stars for a reason. Best part the person will say oh I'm sorry you feel this way, not how they're going to get white rice in soon because it's everywhere, I'm also a Dasher, I don't care to come to these stores either, out of soft drinks as well sometimes.

Ugh. Love this location, but today rubbed me the wrong way. I got to the window and wanted to add on a drink. I was told no because there was a time limit. Even if there is, you mean you can't grab a drink within whatever stupid time limit you have??

Pre-ordered ahead just to wait 45 min for my food. Ridiculous. And i saw the people after me in line getting their food. While i was waiting for my PRE ORDERED FOOD!!!!

I got really bad food poisoning after eating here Tuesday night 06/15/2021. I've been here a couple times and service has been worse each time I go. I gave it another chance, but will not be going again after getting as sick as I did.

The food is always great when I come to this location. But the staff? Extremely rude. Every time I ask for any soy sauce or chili sauce they just roll their eyes at me. This time, they were rushing me in the drive through lane and kept cutting me off mid speech. Sure enough, they messed up my order. I asked for noodles and rice and the noodles are missing. I don't want to even call back because they are rude every time I deal with them.
Amazingly slow service, seems that I waited 20 minutos for my order because they give more importance to people ordering in person than the orders that are placed online,not even the manager would ask people waiting there if they needed help with anything!!

I don't like to Panda to the conservatives, but I do like to Panda to the Panda Express. This Panda Express is located just off of Interstate 10 at Bunker Hill. It's not a bad little stop if you want to get some fake American Chinese food, but it can be a little bit bland. So I don't love it, but portions are big so I guess that's a good thing. I tend to prefer to give them one or two stars but I'll give them at 3 since it's better than most Pandas. I blame the Desiigner.

Very disappointed in the staff at this Bunker Hill Panda Express. Gave my order 3 times at the drive through, and 3 times the girl taking my order got it wrong. The 3rd time I stated the order was wrong, she told me to "chill". Very inappropriate and unprofessional. I drove around to the pick up window and the manager that came to the window was also unprofessional. I am 55 and have never felt the need to post a review about service or food until how wrongly I was treated at this location. If I owned the franchise at this location, I would definitely want to know how unprofessional my staff was on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 3:45pm.

Do I really wanna complain about Panda? Of course not... You can't really expect top notch service and good food in a drive-thru... So here's my complaint today. Soo I ordered CHICKEN TERIYAKI but didn't receive any TERIYAKI SAUCE. Go figure... By the time I got home, sweating from the heat, super hungry, and ready to enjoy my lunch, I noticed there was no teriyaki sauce. YOU CANNOT EAT CHICKEN TERIYAKI WITHOUT THE SAUCE! I decided to call the store and see what happened? Thi? The manager told me that you have to ask for the sauce specifically? I'm like, "what"? This have NEVER HAPPENED. So if I order sweet and sour chicken, I have to order sweet and sour sauce separately? Come on now... She apologized and asked "What do you want me to do? You can come back and get some sauce if you want."... Honestly, I'm not sure what I wanted to hear, BUT she just ended up saying, "if you don't like it, you can call corporate and complain".... Anyway, that's my experience for the day while I eat my dry, sauce-less chicken (not teriyaki) bc I was about to faint...

We usually enjoy a Panda express diner but yesterday, we stop at Memorial to get a family size diner including 2 sides and 3 entrees. Ater we order, the employee when in the back to prepare. One entree was with additional premium (shrimp), they have a few of these. We found out when arriving at home that the box for the premium entree was only 3/4 full and we get only 3 fortune cookies, this is why I put only 3 star. The food quality ok. We will continue to go but maybe a different location.
