So I went to the other Pappas which is one mile away from my house. I wanted to order 2 cheesecake to go. They only had one and the had no more. The cashier apologized for not having more. But when I asked the manager ,young skinny female if she could discount since it was a very smal slice if cheescake, she said " do you want a refund". Not even trying to be nice but rude! Therefore,bi will now be taking my weekly Pappas orders at the location near Gulf gate. I'll also tell my family not to go to this location any longer because of the rudeness. She should learn kindness from the cashier who was overwhelmed but treated me with kindness. A little kindness goes a long way .

OK barbecue fans. There is barbecue and then there is this place for barbecue. They are light worlds ahead of any barbecue place I’ve ever eaten. All the meat was tender packed with flavor with or without barbecue sauce. The green beans were absolutely amazing with garlic and onion. And the baked potato I had to be than a softball. The service was kind and quick all the great combinations for an outstanding place to visit. Next time I’m in Houston I will return. Thank you for a great meal.

Chili cheese fries have been removed from the menu which was one of my favorite's..slice beef poboy were good.Prices are very unreasonable now.Its a whole lot cheaper to make it yourself at home for what you pay there.
OK. Had baked potato with chopped beef. Enough to get me full. Beef was not that much, ladies at counter friendly. Taste was OK, but nothing to brag about. I do better at home.

First stop after the airport and wow it was good. To top it off the sauce was just the right about of kick I needed. Brisket brisket brisket! Do not sleep on this place.
Curbside order was not Curbside had to go inside and ask for my order after 45 min waiting inside my car... so much for online ordering by the way I was so upset about the situation I left and didn't notice I didn't get my BBQ sauce and sides...

Here waiting for my food on 2/21/24 it’s 8:30pm. They have no brisket. Ok no big deal. I’ll order something else instead of the chopped beef baked potato. Try to order a mixed plate and sub the beef for turkey no they can’t do it. Try to order a Rib Trio no they can’t because they are also out of baby back ribs. Try to order chicken also can’t because they are out. Why they couldn’t sub a mixed plate with another meat is beyond me. They should close earlier or they should at least let you sub meats out if they run out of certain meats.
