This was our first time with our family ,Overall, the food is ok. the service was ok, nothing to be like the cashier was great . Restaurants need to focus on cleanliness .chairs dirty. I cleaned my own chair while the cashier just looked at me .
Visited drive thru for lunch. Got the 4 chicken strip combo with a lemonade. The chicken strips were hot and fresh! The French fries were seasoned well and the lemonade was just right. Not too sweet. The young lady who took my order in the drive thru was super friendly as well. She was patient with me because I had been to Raising Cane’s in over a year and had forgotten the menu. Food is always fast and fresh, drive thru crew are always friendly. However we decided to eat in last night and the girl working the register was rude, unwelcoming, and yelling at customers across the store the entire time. Everyone was eating in silence. We weren’t greeted by her or asked what we’d like so we were just awkwardly staring at each other until I helped myself to make my order. No idea what her problem was but we definitely won’t dine in here again.
