This is a great Houston dive that's full of so much old Houston character. It reminds me of Montrose way back in the day before the developers took hold and started polishing the buildings, and taking down weird old funky art refuges. The interior of the bar is compact and straight forward. There's a bar with maybe half a dozen stools, a couple high tables, and I think a pool table. One of the last dive bars left in the heights. Needs your support. Kind of hard to find through a maze of industry, but urban sprawl is catching up. Great place with a fire pit on chilly nights.

Great little dive bar! Live music venue. Very intimate. My only complaint is when groups show up outside in the backyard area with their boomboxes and 12 packs and camp out. These interlopers should respect the music being played inside and buy their drinks from the bar. They treat it like a public park that allows alcohol. It is a business, not a public property.
