I have been to many refresquerias in Houston and this one is by far the best! They have all the generic snow cone flavorings and Hispanic snack foods but what really sets this place apart and makes it the best, is the self pour salsa and lime. If you are a connoisseur of elote you know this is a must. Try a leche con crema snow cone, you won't be sorry, but you might induce diabetes. Cheap food, good food, and autonomy. What more could you want?
Service was excellent. Greeted by older Hispanic ladies very sweet and patient. Prices were very affordable and quality of the snacks was really good ! If you are near this area stop by and get some delicious corn and raspas. There's sure to be a snack for all the little ones. We bought 1 corn, 1 raspa, 2 small arroz con leche, 1 fresas con crema, 2 chicharrones frituras bag all for around $16 bucks. Bring cash!!!!?

this place has incredible and cheap, snow cones, or raspas and also hotdogs amongst other things. This place gets so busy at certain times during the day and I generally am not willing to wait in that line. They have a great parking lot and it’s in walking distance of other places, but they don’t really have a lot of places to sit. Also, there’s a lot of bees in the trashcan. Yes, bees.
