They honestly need to learn how to properly cook steak , get some new chef’’s , how do you get well done from medium rare, joke to call yourselves a Steak house ,
I was charged twice for my meal and my glass of wine.. it was $34.09 at first then it updated to another price. Plus this bartender tipped himself with my debit card. How do you have a nerve tip yourself with my card when the service you gave was terrible.

WATCH OUT FOR SERVERS STEALING MONEYso I rarely go out and eat and, the one time I do I decide to pay with cash (which is rare living in 2024) but I had a 106 tab and wanted to pay with 100$ and be generous on the tab for tip not only did he have slow service and forgot about our appetizer but he took my 100 and acted like i never gave it to him (specially said I didn’t and I talked to the manager and he lied) so it came out to 200+ with A TIP ON TOP OF THAT so when you order just know you’re ordering with a liar and thief

Ordered an 18 oz Rib Eye.Meat was tough and probably weighed 12 ounces at the most.
The food was horrible. I ordered grilled chicken breast. It was too hard to eat. I sent it back. They said we will grill you another one. Well, they brought me the same one. I told the waiter this is the same one I sent back. How did I know it was. I had cut a piece to eat. Then they took that back and brought me another. It was still very dry and hard. I will not be going back there again.

Food was great, placexwas loud. We ate at the bar as wait time 15-20min. Bartender was the best! Food came out fast, she was friendly and kept everything at her station clean.
I treated myself to Pats ribeye 12oz and salad and Mac and cheese ,everything was cooked great and Matt the waiter was a good server , all in all a great experience but my only con is a pretty big to me , For the price ,The cut of meat was pretty poor quality , loads of fat almost a 1/3 of the whole steak , very stringy inside ,was hard to cut even though was tender , it tasted great but a bit gristly also , and just so much fat ,just a poor cut IMO , next time I’ll probably make the trip to outback .
