Mark was a great server! Kept our table clear and our drinks full. We had a steak come out alittle over cooked and the manager and Mark were very helpful in correcting the kitchens error. He deserves the big tops! ?
Saltgrass is expensive, but the food and service are excellent at the Houston restaurants. (Skip the one in Odessa. It's just overpriced. We haven't tried the one in Midland.)Their steaks are always good. And their salmon Oscar was great. The fried asparagus are really good. And the cheese for the broccoli is well worth the extra 99 cents.

I treated myself to Pats ribeye 12oz and salad and Mac and cheese ,everything was cooked great and Matt the waiter was a good server , all in all a great experience but my only con is a pretty big to me , For the price ,The cut of meat was pretty poor quality , loads of fat almost a 1/3 of the whole steak , very stringy inside ,was hard to cut even though was tender , it tasted great but a bit gristly also , and just so much fat ,just a poor cut IMO , next time I’ll probably...read full review
