I would call this please Viet/Chinese fusion. Food is not authentic Chinese - this the advertising is a bit misleading.Steamed Half chicken (warm) was pretty good. Braised beef stew was ok - the beef could have been softer.The crowd is very diverse - which is not a bad thing at all, but gives you a good impression of the food/flavor without going there.
