My order was wrong and they acted as if they were mad at me over a simple mistake they made I kindly asked them for a smaller size because they charged me for the bigger size when I didn’t ask for that,they asked for proof of payment I had to show my receipt and proof of payment on my card account as if they didn’t believe me because who lies about wanting a smaller size smoothie so they were able to refund me and I paid for the smaller size and I was explaining how I didn’t...read full review

Rude Cashier gave herself a tip without asking. Went in for a smoothies and the cashier did not tell us the price and didn’t let us insert our card, and instead asked if we wanted to leave a tip. We agreed, and she swiped the card and still didn’t tell us the amount before tipping, and didn’t ask how much we wanted to tip. She gave us the card back and shut the door quickly and after looking at the receipt, we saw that she gave herself a $4 tip.
