A little over a week ago, I came to this sonic (I come here semi-often as it is less than a mile from my home) I only ever order the BLT. Some locations have it on their menu, while others do not. I pull up into the drive-thru and a female answers the call button. I ask for a BLT, as I have every single time I have come to this exact location before. This ignorant, unintelligent, rude and obnoxious idiot is going to tell me "Uh... We don't serve that here." Really? Or 'uh' are you such an idiot that you don't know that in fact sonic does serve BLTs? If I hadn't been so hungry and had time to deal with her stupidity I would have. I wanted to ask her "So do you have bacon? Lettuce? Tomatoes? Bread? Yes? Sounds like you can make my friggin' BLT, doesn't it?" Their customer service sucks. If you're so miserable at your job don't work there. Its like they think its cute to be rude and incompetent. Whoever that girl was needs to be put on probation until she learns what y'all serve or fired. Until then, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
