This place is the worse. Everytime I come here no matter how many people are here, I seem to wait almost 30mins for a drink! Last week I came and order 3 items total. The drink was not with the guy when he came out. “I’ll be right back with it.” I sat for another 10mins before I pushed the button again to get my drink. Today, hoping I would not have the same issue I placed a mobile ordered at 12:08pm. I came to the stall out in my stall number and the screen says welcome back Kathryn. Then says the order is in the kitchen and prompts that Jessica is on the way with my order. So I sit watch car after car leave. Hit the button and tell them I had a mobile order. He comes out and asks what was on the order because he doesn’t have it. But didn’t get the specific order just that it was 5 drinks. It’s 12:33pm and I’m still sitting at a stall with nothing I have already paid for. Not hard drinks either. Simple stuff! I spoke with the manager who still could not find my order and then stated there in no Jessica there. She finally brought my order out in which I had to find somewhere to put them all because no drink holder like you would normally get. I received my order with no ice in the drinks and the sweet tea tasted rotten. Try probably spot in all of them Anyways. 40mins after I placed my order I was leaving Sonic! Manager said nothing but she’s sorry when I told her about my past experiences.
