It says they close at 9 every time I go between 7:30 to 8. They tell me they’re closed. I know it’s because the big lady with the glasses is too lazy to clean and make orders.

I came here at this morning , a guys who takes oder for didn't get my name and they let me wait about 10-15 mins for 2 drinks ? My oder is iced matcha latte and Caramel frapuchino both Venti size . And they give me at first w caramel frapuchino size small and I told them to change for me and then they give me this one is matcha w lemonade ? It's not iced matcha latte my oder ?
Came in about 6:15am every morning while staying at the Hilton two buildings over. An easy walk. It's pretty dead this early. Whoever waited on me was always friendly and professional. Will be back for my daily fix in my next trip!

DO NOT MOBILE ORDER HERE!!!!! They only have one person working here. They will see people in line first before making mobile orders. Turn off mobile orders for this ocation. Edited to 1 star. Employ two people for this location otherwise your hurting customers and staff.
