For one as soon as you walk in the door there are homeless people begging in unison for money or food. Then when you walk up to order there are 2 women standing at register but neither will acknowledge or greet you. So you stand there for a good two minutes then start to walk out which is the only time they actually look up from their phones but by that time it’s too late you’re already pissed. Ordered online twice and each time they have gotten my order wrong. Was charged for bacon and didn’t receive any, wrong bread n sandwich. Nobody ever answers the phone nor speak English.
