Some staff employees at the 5230 Griggs Rd. location, are not washing their hands between serving each customer!When I requested that staff employee to wash their hands before serving me. They said they do not have to. Very unsanitary!
Why is it a problem if I ask for a cup of water you get an attitude or if I tell you your over charging me for my food you get an attitude rolling your eyes , I didn’t tell you to work here that was your choice learn how to work with the public or find another job that suits you ,won’t be coming back thanks for the attitude....

I like Subway, but when I visited there was a guy checking the temperature of the meat. He checked the cold cuts first, then he went on to check the Tuna and the others. But as he was checking, he never once cleaned that probe in between checks! I went in for a cold cut combo. Glad he checked that first. I won't return. I think I'll start making my own cold cut combo!
