Epic fail. App orders not ready till 15 min. After they say they are ready, does not follow ANY of the requests put in the app order down to cutting the sandwich. Never patron this one if you can get to another one. Awful.
Aggressive and violent atmosphere. I visited this location this afternoon and the door was locked. I knocked but the two ladies in the seating area didn’t respond. I knocked again and a female employee appeared out of the back and finally unlocked the door. I asked why were the doors locked during business hours and she addressed me as sweetie and became rude and condescending. She declared we are in the hood.
