We had only seen and heard of everyone talk & post so much about Birria so we were thrilled to wait in a looong line at @tacofuegohtx for their QUESABIRRIA DE RES (with top sirloin, brisket, bone marrow, oaxaca cheese, onions, and lime) & FUEGO TRUFFLE FRIES(parmesan, smoked brisket, oaxaca cheese, onions, cilantro, aji and creamy cilantro sauce). Es nada más y nada menos que la oportunidad de comerte unos ricos Tacos, es excelente la forma con la que te tratan, el dinamismo, la cortesía y la exquisita comida que allí ofrecen en especial la Quesabirria de Res, pienso volver más a menudo, suerte muchachos sigan así.
