It's in IAH, so the prices are high. I got the brisket platter, which comes with 2 sides and totaled about $29 with tax. You order with a machine. I was the only one ordering at the time, and it took a little over 10 minutes to prepare with 2 workers in the takeout area. The food actually tasted good and was very heavy for me. For the several that really know me, discovering a new dining location is magnetic. I bumped into Q Texas barbecue smokehouse by accident, while at the George Bush intercontinental airport in Houston. At the onset, one cannot be amazed, by the construction at the bar level. where there were numerous bottles, neatly arranged, and spread over that domain, see my pictures. Swing through to grab a quick bite on my way through. The "Make Your Own Omelette" plate was advertised as $14.99 and "pick your ingredients". After selecting the option on the touchscreen order kiosk, EVERY ingredient was an upcharge for $1-$2 each. ?
