Overall a delightful experience. Salad was perfect, hash browns good but slightly undercooked. Kitchen made a bad mistake- lobster was broiled instead of boiled as we ordered. All lobster is good though.
10/10. I cannot recommend the Palm enough. When they say restaurants make more profit by having a high rate of churn (getting customers in and out), they need to put a picture of the Palm restaurant there. I am not saying they were rushing to get me out of the door, but the service was so fast that I couldn't believe how quickly the food kept coming out. Very pretty restaurant with great service. I was disappointed with the portions. But it is more of a fancy restaurant. I believe this steak was 8oz. If that gives you an idea. It tasted good while it lasted.
