Wingstop in Houston

“I’ve been to this Wingstop plenty of times out of my local Wingstop’s. This is the one that I would prefer to go to. This visit I had beat the rush. Someone was available to help me as soon as I walked in the door the cashier was nice. she seemed new. I had to repeat myself a couple of times, but hey, it happens it was pretty clean not that many people dining in. I feel like every time I go there there’s always a wet floor sign up. Lol One of the employees was restocking the drink supplies I did notice towards the end of my visit while waiting for my food that a tile at the bottom of the register counter had came loose before leaving. I did inform an employee of that. My food came out in standard time. They seem to always over season the fries, so I got my fries with no seasoning on it and honestly I feel like going forward. I will always get them that way.“

“My wife and I were in the mood for wings, so we hit this location since it was close to home. They've definitely improved on the quality of the wings. They're much bigger and will fill you up fast. The service was faster than expected.“

“I love the BBQ chicken sandwich. With blue cheese sauce to dip it in. Never thought I would like that combo, but dang. Fries are always good too.Service was fast and she took extra time to say a few nice things.I miss pumped ketchup. I really dislike individual serving packs.“

“I had a VERY large order that was supposed to be ready 45 minutes after they opened, got there a little early but they were already almost done with the order! Super helpful, super friendly, made sure everything was in the bags, and food was all delicious and fresh. “This is last Wingstop that is actually good in Houston. I've visited several in the last few years, all with mediocre subpar food and customer service. BUT THIS ONE, reminds me of when I first tried WS several years ago. I ordered 10pc wings half mango habanero and half lemon pepper with seasoned fries. The wings were juicy and well sauced. The lemon pepper wings had a nice crispy bread and the fries were cooked and seasoned to perfection! My order was ready soon and very delicious. This is the place to come to if you remember when Wingstop was good. This place is on point!“

“Food was decent. I didnt feel my fries were given extra seasoing, which is whatever.My biggest issue was having to wait for someone to give my my order. There were a couple of cooks who saw me and another customer waiting, and yet we both had to wait for about 5-10 mins for a cashier to show up and hand us our food orders which were sitting on the shelf.“

I love Wingstop and i’ve been to several locations but i recently moved to webster and this is the wingstop closest to my house. Let me tell you this is the best wingstop i’ve ever been to! Not only is the restaurant clean, but my food always comes out so freaking good! I always order the 6 piece lemon pepper wing combo with lemon pepper fries, and it never disappoints! “This is my to-go location and thus far haven't had any errors in my orders which says a lot as I've ordered more than 20 times through their online ordering.All my wings were almost always well coated with seasonings and cooked to perfection, minus once or twice meat being a bit on the dry side.So yes I will continue to return because their overall quality consistency is high.“

As a symptom of having a lot on my mind, I absentmindedly left my backpack at this location while picking up my food. I got all the way back to my department on campus before I realized. “Just discovered this business. So glad I did. Simple basic concept done to perfection: chicken wings offered up in a dozen different fun flavors with outstanding sauces. Love it. One thing you should know about me is that if I could eat five foods for the rest of my life, wings would be one of them. So it's no surprise that Wingstop is one of my favorite chains. I placed my order at the counter and then dined in. I went with the six-piece bone-in lemon pepper wings and fries with a soft drink. It's one of their combos. Lemon pepper is one of my all-time favorite wing flavors. Along with Asian flavors. And lemon pepper is my favorite at Wingstop. They used to have teriyaki which was really good too but unfortunately, they took it away. Along with some crispy, well-seasoned wings, their fries are money in the bank too. The seasoning on them is addicting. If you're at a chain, you can't go wrong with Wingstop.“
