I first got to know Cobo's when they were operating out of a truck in Atascosito, and I was really excited when I heard about the EaDo location. Let me tell you: They did. not. miss. The food here is made with genuine care and love, and Raul - the owner - treats his customers like family. It's nice to see the same amount of care that went into the small truck get transferred to the new location, with all of its bells and whistles and moving parts. And the food? Forget about it. The birria is the best I've had, but the entire menu is thoughtfully made and brilliantly executed. Every time a friend or a client is in Houston, I will be sending them, and I cannot wait to get back there myself. In the meantime, I'll be dreaming of brisket boudin mac dillas.

So we went to the Eado location and it was closed on Saturday 11/13 - all day. Nice day outside but don't bother trying to go to Cobo's. It's all hype no substance

I had high expectations, and I was still blown away! Great, friendly service. Probably the best banana pudding I’ve ever eaten, and my breakfast sandwich was top-notch. We’ll be coming back often!

Food is meh tried the ramen and birridilla quesadillas. Worth the wait? Hell no. I believed the hype, it's my fault I'd knew not to. Customer service is ok. Asked for lime and got looked at like I was crazy. Also one napkin for 4 greasy tacos doesn't fly with me.
