We had a group of 5 last night for my first outing here. I had the Molinas dinner and the star was the shrimp enchilada, with the chicken enchilada coming in second. The ranchero sauce they came with was a good combo. I tasted someone's Camerones Especial and it was excellent. They cook the shrimp gently, even in enchiladas, which is great. Well. I love trying new places as I travel. Just moved to the area and trying all kinds of Mexican places. The chips were salty and stale. Didn’t care for the salsa. The queso tasted like Velveeta. My husband had the deluxe platter. The beans and rice were excellent. The rest. Not so good. Taco. Enchilada. The tamale was homemade it appeared but very greasy. Guacamole. Was okay. This place is always clean, the staff is friendly and the food is great. I especially love their Tortilla Soup. It has such wonderful flavor. And you can't beat the free queso when you go for lunch!
