Tasty sandwiches as expected. The rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. Well below FS standards. This store needs serious attention: Cashier was unwelcoming. The deli pickle was left out of all sandwich orders. Poor cleanliness - windows super dirty; store overall could use serious cleaning. Limited soda selection: many popular beverage options such as Coke Zero, Diet Dr Pepper were “currently unavailable” - soda machine needed attention. Mentioned it to an employee behind the register who couldn’t care less. Had dinner with two family members who had not been to a FS establishment before. This store made a poor first impression.

They are always so friendly here. Food is delicious and the employees are great. I get off really late. If I show up there even in the last 15 minutes. They're more than happy to make me a sandwich to go. I just really appreciate that. Most places try to close the doors and stop serving people thirty forty five minutes before they close.

I walked in tonight and there were 3 young ladies who were VERY unwelcoming and they seemed bothered that I was there. I arrived 45 minutes prior to closing and when I finally decided to order, the young lady at the counter made an annoyed face… I decided I had enough in the short 2 minutes of being there. I walked out and I didn’t bother buying anything. I’m NOT spending my money where I feel unwelcome. NEVER stepping a foot inside at this Firehouse Subs location. After reading some of the reviews, it seems like management has known about how horrible the staff is, but hasn’t done anything about it.

The sandwiches are good. I've noticed that when there's a Hispanic lady making the sandwiches they are consistent and come out at a timely manner. Yet , when it's the younger crew, they take forever and the place is usually sloppy , unkept and unclean.

Ordered a sandwich and it looks like they literally just smashed everything together in some weird blob of food, half way threw it between two pieces of bread (half of the blob is stuck to the carton), and said "here you go".

The guy at the counter got my order wrong when I ordered take out. Then, I got home and the sandwiches weren’t even close to how I wanted them. Ate them anyway. Didn’t call back to complain. Won’t be back to that Firehouse. Staff seems VERY LAZY. I asked for the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on the side with the mayo and mustard and he only gave me 1 pack of each for 3 sandwiches. I paid 40.00. Give me more than 1 pack of mayo and 1 pack of mustard. Won’t go back to that one….

I arrived at this location on July 24th @ & 7:40 & the custom service and work ethic was PATHETIC. The young women that took our order showed 0 enthusiasm or personality. She turned her back on us & we waited 2 minutes for her to greet or acknowledge us when she saw us walk in. We ordered 2 sandwiches and waited 30 minutes. There was no line when we arrived & 3 people seated. Now, they did have a few online orders, however, no one was in a hurry to get anything accomplished. If you’re backed up but I see that you are giving 100% and trying your best, then you deserve some understanding & compassion. I did not see that at all & there was no communication on wait times or order overloads. From the looks of the reviews, customer service and work ethic has been lacking a lot and it seems nothing has been done.

This is the slowest food place I have ever been too. We ordered ahead of time and still sat for 34 minutes. A total of 56 minutes from ordering on the website. The first time I ordered from here, it was just me and one other person in there waiting on our food and it still took 25 minutes. I‘ve worked many different fast food jobs & I have never experienced service THIS slow. I don’t understand it. Actually ridiculous.

1 star, only because that's the lowest rating possible. Wife and grandson purchased two foot-long steak subs there and when they got home there was only one thin slice of meat (mostly gristle and fat) on each. Went back today and encountered the same two employees with attitudes. Wife asked for one replacement sandwich for free, which she got. Took over 20-minutes to make. only one other customer in store.Pay attention to food quality and friendlier, more competent, employees, particularly at your prices.
